Unit-II: Understanding Harmony in the Human Being

• Understanding human existence as a coexistence of ‘I’ (self) and ‘Body’.
• Needs of the Self (‘I’) and the Body: Sukh (happiness) and Suvidha (convenience).
• Body as an instrument of ‘I’; the doer, seer, and enjoyer.
• Characteristics and activities of ‘I’ and harmony within ‘I’.
• Understanding Sanyam (self-regulation) and Swasthya (health) as harmony between ‘I’ and the Body.
• Correct appraisal of physical needs and the meaning of prosperity.

Unit-III: Harmony in Family and Society

• Definitiveness of Ethical Human Conduct.
